How many days in advance do I need to place the order?

If you have time then please place your order atleast 20 days in advance from the date of event. However if you have less than 8 days left for the event, then kindly contact us on 8401907399 and confirm first before placing the order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel since all our products are customised.

Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy?

Shipping from preciouspartyprints is FAST and easy!
Usually the order is dispatched within 1-2 working days, however if its a new customized design then dispatch might take upto 4 working days.
For urgent orders please contact us on 8401907399 before placing the order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How long does it take you to ship my order?

Usually, we dispatch the order in 1-2 working days. However if its’s a new design, then dispatch might take upto 4 days.

How long does it take for our order to reach us once dispatched?

Once dispatched, the shipment may take 3-5 days for metro cities and tier 1 cities and 4-8 working days for other cities to reach.
Please note that preciouspartyprints won’t be responsible if there are unexpected delays from the courier partner’s end.

How can I track my order?

You will receive email and SMS from our delivery partner along with the tracking details once the order is dispatched.

How can I return my purchased product?

We do not provide refund on any personalised or customised items. Damages and issues
Please make an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 8401907399 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is perceived to be damaged by our team, then we can immediately dispatch a new product within 1-2 working days.

How can I exchange product?

Since all our items are customised, we do not provide exchange of products.

My event is less than 2 days away. Can I place my order now?

We have urgent delivery option but please Kindly contract us directly and place your order in this case.

Do you have any shipping charge?

For orders below ₹1499, we charge a nominal shipping fees. For orders above ₹1499, shipping is free.


Do you provide balloons or other decoration items?

As of now, we only provide the printed stuffs listed on our website. We don’t provide any kind of decoration items.

Do you come to the event place and provide decoration or setup services?

No, we only ship our printed products through courier. We do not physically come to the event place for setups.

Does the Chalkboard come with any kind of stand?

No we do not provide stand or any support for Chalkboard or other kinds of boards.
