Once you place your order, we will personalize it with your details and deliver it.

NON-RETURNABLE

Since most of the products are personalized with your details, they cannot be reused by us. Therefore, we do not accept returns on Sale Items.

We do not accept returns because our business involves selling personalized items, and we manufacture products only after receiving the order. As a result, we do not reuse or resend the products.

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGE & ISSUES

We do not accept return/refund unless there is damage in the product that needs approval from the office end or a mistake was made during personalization or the wrong product was shipped.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES IN CASE OF DAMAGES

You need to return the item you have. Once we receive it, we will inspect the issue, and if necessary, we will resend new items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, if needed, at the earliest.

REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUND DEPOSIT STATUS FOR EXCHANGE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Once the refund is approved from our end, then the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account will be 3-5 business days.
